"Active in" Section of Profile

If you click a profile, some will show which forum section and which topic the user in question is most often posting in. However, it seems that this is not present on some (may potentially depend on when a member joined). Long-time members including myself, orudge and Illegal Alien does not have this. I'm wondering why it does not appear on everbody

There's a cut-off based on how many posts you have. If you have more than x,000 posts, it's not displayed. Off the top of my head, I'm not sure what the cut-off is.

The limit is probably 5.000 posts:
