ah, that would be because your sprites are 32 bit. I don't know if or how company colors works on 32bpp.

Company colours can be applied to 32 bpp: create a file aaaam.png, where aaaa is the sprite number. The png has to be 8bpp colour indexed. It is used as a mask. Draw the company colours with colour index 196-203 ( The blueish colour on the original OTTD palette)

This may have been posted already, but give the company leaders lego heads, hair, and clothes, etc. :D

I like where this is going! I'll have to dig up LDraw and start fiddling.

Though one thing I don't like much is the size of the studs on the terrain compared to the other things. It's like having duplo terrain and lego buildings.

Other than that, this is great!

yes, the idea was to have duplo and system mixed together (possible also in real world, one duplo stud is 2x2 system studs)
so, the terrain look better if duplo, but the vehicles will be made with system and buildings a mix of the two

Leviath_NL or Slye_Fox, do you want to try these sprites for city roads, so i might fix some pixels if needed?

about the buildings, i think is better to build them with ldraw or blockad, so you can have the building stages too

trg1r #4675 and #4676 (some buildings use the first, some the second...)

edit: you are talking about the buildings foundations, aren't you?

<Lakie> Well, they do the same thing but the code is different.
