Other bridges [edit: I mean tunnels]?

(I'm using TTDPatch version 2.6 alpha 0 r1790.)

Hey everybody,

In a lot of screenshots I see people use bridges [tunnels] that are different from the default bridges [tunnels] in TTD. Are there grfs for custom bridges [tunnels] out there, somewhere? Could somebody point me in the right direction?

I have searched but have been unsuccessful so far, so thanks in advance for any help you can give me

TTRS has bridges. Also GRFCrawler also has some, I believe.

Oh wow, I'm so sorry - I have mixed bridges with tunnels. So I mean tunnels; I was looking for different tunnels.

It's unlike him really - I fancy he's either drunk or blazed on some mad Dutch-legal hallucinogenic.

Anyway - the reason he's a bit miffed is because there are a couple of places on this forum where GRF Crawler is very, very visible.

Don't worry about it now, just make sure you look until the last realms of looking til you post

Welcome to the forum, incidentally.

I think the tunnels you refer to are Ben_K's enhanced tunnels, which are used in conjunction with the enhancedtunnels feature that is in the Patch. It allows you to build track over a tunnel mouth, and Ben's graphics make the appearance slightly more aesthetically appeasing.

Thank you, that was exactly what I was looking for.

By the way, the reason I didn't use GRF Crawler to search is because a short while back I also tried to search for graphics but it didn't work at that time. I - mistakenly - assumed it would still not work, and since I didn't have luck manually finding it I decided to post a question. I can understand that it can sometimes become frustrating, but to devote two posts to calling me a newb and not even mentioning why he does it, is quite rude and unnecessary IMHO.

Dave was quite right, although i was merely hungover. anyway, it's not directed personally, but the more a statement towards the endless topic-creating "WHERE CAN I FIND THIS AND THAT" and "WILL ANYONE MAKE SPACE SHIPS FOR TTD OMG LOLZ" nonsense, which occurs quite frequently. so, reading yet another one of those topics just made me lose my temper.

anyway, on a more constructive note: i once started a Tunnel Graphics project (excuse me for the lousy link). t'was quite impossible without a new patch feature, so i left it to die. but if the spirit's still there, t'would be quite a nice project just as well.
