i need a coder to help me code my train

this is my first complete train. I was hoping for an opinion and someone to code it for me. Keep in mind that i know nothing about coding so if some of the details below are not code-able thats ok.

Loco Mail Capacity: not sure (up to the coder)

I was also wondering how to use company colours.

There's a blue color which is the 1st company color, and a green color which is the optional 2nd company color. I'm sure you can find detailed information at the patch's website.
