I have a game running right now that's getting me 1.4 billion per year. I almost have 100 billion in the bank too.

In order to compare the values, the currency should be taken into account:

1£(GBP) = 2$(USD) = 2€(EUR) = 4DM = 10FF = 200¥(JPY)

I have a savegame [EDIT] with inflation on, in year 2098, [/EDIT] with a yearly profit of about 3.8 billion €(EUR) if I don't build any new vehicles in a given year.

This depends also on whether you have inflation enabled, and what initial interest rate you had enabled. So it's kind of hard to compare really - a game with 4% interest that's been played for 150 years will make "more" money than a game without inflation that's been played for 20 years.

In 2050 in one game i was netting 4.96 billion dollars a year with average construction vehicle spending of around 10-15 million. No inflation interest rate 3%.

Currently, I'm on £685 million a year. But that will be more considering thats only in 1999. It started in 1920 though, but the planes then are kind of difficult to use. It's also on the biggest size map OTTD can do.

Perhaps if there would be some feature to show the costs and profit stripped of inflation, then those numbers would be better comparable ...
