Thanks!

I spent some time on this today, and managed to code these:
  • Ardelt (1958)
Litra ME II (1981) (2 Colours)
    Litra EA (1984)
    Coradia Lint 41 DMU (2007) (2 Colours)
It's only a start so some things will still need work (such as vehicle ids) but I thought I'd put it out there for people to try. If anyone gives it a go, let me know what you think...
i have only made a small test and i think the it looks good so far.
but Maybe later today or tomorrow will i make test that starts one year before Ardelt.
Sorry if u can't understand my English i have word-blindness.
I'm using IeSpell (some time)

I'm glad my coding skills haven't let you down. :)

Here's the latest version, with the Litra EG, Litra FC, and IC4 added in. Also some minor fixes to vehicle IDs, and delaying the introduction of the monorails.

OKF2000: I coded the ME II's colours as random because I didn't have any information on when each scheme applied. I've fixed that in this version.

Edit: latest version is here: http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?p=601759#601759

Mate, I've been waiting for your steamer, it looks great! Is it still a litra B or are you going to make it a D? Should I take it as it is or have you got an update coming?

Hello, here is your Litra B dev|ant :D

You can start coding now 8)

WX6: I like train nr. 3 :) but i think it needs some shading in the front.

Next steamer I would start working on,is Litra DF (it looks A LOT like litra B)

EDIT: There was a color error

Thanks it still needs work though.

Its called a tender and the litra b doesn't need one because its a tank engine or something.

I tried the grf and found a few issues (see the screenshot)
-Spacing between the engines
-The lint shouldn't be able to add cars in the middle. I think it would be better to make it an articulated engine instead of a dualheaded one because articulated is how to define something that can't be taken apart.
The same goes for some of the other train sets.
-FC can carry any kind of wagons (not in the screenshot). In real life, it really is a pasenger train only.

No wonder. They are designed by the same man (Maskininspektør Milling from SFJ). Basically DF is just a bigger version.

Thanks for the feedback guys.
OKF2000 wrote:fault 1. the Litra EA can Carrie 4 bags of mail.
I did notice that but must have been side-tracked before I fixed it. It's a result of me moving the vehicle IDs around. It will be fixed in the next version.
fault 2. to big space between the to parts of Coradia lint 41.
I'll see what I can do.
Bjarni wrote:-Spacing between the engines
I honestly don't know how to fix that. If I move the sprites at all, both engines move in the same direction and the gap doesn't change. I'm happy to take any advice people have. [Edit: the stock sprites are only 28 pixels wide. 32 seems too big?]
-The lint shouldn't be able to add cars in the middle. I think it would be better to make it an articulated engine instead of a dualheaded one because articulated is how to define something that can't be taken apart.
That's a good idea.
-FC can carry any kind of wagons (not in the screenshot). In real life, it really is a pasenger train only.
I was working on the FC last night. It will be much better in the next version. :)

I'll try to get these fixes posted tonight (ie. in about 12 hours).

Ok no new graphics (not enough time :( ) but a few fixes in this version:
  • - Litra EA fixed
    - Coradia Lint 41 sprites adjusted
    - Coradia Lint 41 is now articulated
    - Litra FC takes passenger cars only and has a max consist length of 8. I'm planning on doing something similar for the CL41 and IC4
    - DMUs/EMUs are no longer refittable
Keep the feedback coming. :D
