Cardiff/Bristol map

Post by tomlinson0405 »

Morning fellas,

I recently decided to give this game a go again. So I installed it and couldn't get it to work. So I installed the patch and it worked. Which was great.

However the Cardiff map has gone!

How do I get it back?

Cheers,

Tommo

Erm...

You mean the West Country 90201 map right?

Reinstall the game from the disk, I'd say.

The map is pre-loaded, so will be on the CD.

That's my problem, if I go back to step one it won't play on this computer.

Is there anywhere I can download the map?

Cheers for the suggestion pal.

Right... Here it is.

I'm not sure I'm allowed to do this, but whatever... Everyone else has breached copyright, I'm sure as hell not gonna be the do-gooder:

There isn't a win 95 folder. I'll show you the folder on Image Shack in a second.

Maybe I should make myself clearer...

I meant the folder where the game files are, where you installed the patch files to.

Can understand that you all must get mithered endlessly on this forum so thanks for all the help so far Dave.

Just not sure which folder i'm to place the file in.

Edit - the screen shot of the folder I think you mean is in the post above.

Damn i remember this map! It was the classic favourite around here. Now on closer inspection i have wasted my childhood getting my ass kicked playing this map. Well also it worked fine, simple enough to get it working!

Well, i don't have the game on CD but since the nightlies after beta 8, i've been able to play all the scenarios. It must be code in the nightlies cause they don't work in the betas
