a. Pick a chairman and minutesman
b. Discuss minutes of previous meeting (read here)

2. News about the engine

3. News about the GUI

4. News about the SVN

5. Any other business

6. Next meeting




Feel free to add things tho. (Hyro got mod powahs, so shouldn't be a problem to hijack this thread ;) )

i assume news means "news and discussion"... just giving us the news would be pointless and time wasting

Really? I for one would like to know the progress made on ongoing tasks. If you don't know the progress of a task then you can't manage the task.
