Oil Madness

Post by Whitewolfbane »

Oil Madness

Oil was recently found in this mountainous terrain, transport 45,000 tons of the black gold before your 3 competetors catch on. They'll arrive in 12 months time. Be ready.

3 Competetors, starting after 12 months. Kinda obvious, eh?

*No mods are required to play this scenario

Time to try this out. I like the sound of it.

Downloader numaro uno.
Image I like Articulated Buses or Streetcars (Although I really like anything with wheels including planes, Thanks to Seelenquell for making Toronto's ALRV and CLRV for Locomotion. All we need now is a TTC D40LF and D60LF to go with the LRVs. Plus the Scarborough RT vehicles too.)
Resion for the LRV's is to make a good alternative to buses. Visit Here for more info.

I don't know what it is about oil, but everyone seems to like to make scenarios that involve hauling it.

Oil is Oil, it makes the world go round, it's always been useful for hauling, back in the 1800's with Whale Oil for Lubrication of Machinary, and lighting whale oil for lamps, and now, for... everything. Black Gold, high profitability.

It won't be once oil is $200 a barrel. Which is sooner than we may think.

Hehe that first screenshot is where I put my first oil run. I just completed the goal.

Now I'm making the area around that town have train service. (For the passengers)

I've very pleased with this map.

No problem!!! :D

Usually I like maps that has no hills but this is perfect because it's flat in most parts and has some hills which you can advoid.

In my opinion the best map I have ever played. It is a must have if you love flat plains with a bit of mountains which you don't want to build a tunnel through.

Also, Breeze, have you considered my offer? It's a similar map layout to this one.

Wait what offer?

But if it's another map like this one I'll take it.
