OK:
There is very little developing going on here. Its just bus talk. So, please either lets see some development, or I'll split it to the off-topic section.

Sorry if it sounds harsh, just wanna keep the Lomo Graphics section clean and tidy.

I know I need to start making buses. So is there any programs I can use to make handmade buses (EXCEPT PAINT!!!).

What program does SQ use?
Image I like Articulated Buses or Streetcars (Although I really like anything with wheels including planes, Thanks to Seelenquell for making Toronto's ALRV and CLRV for Locomotion. All we need now is a TTC D40LF and D60LF to go with the LRVs. Plus the Scarborough RT vehicles too.)
Resion for the LRV's is to make a good alternative to buses. Visit Here for more info.

In that case, I suggest that you try some of the free tools available:

Blender is a free 3d modelling tool
The Gimp is a free graphics editing app
Irfanview is another free graphics editing app (with a really good batch converter)
Wally has a really good palette converter
Notepad (included in all copies of Windows since the dark ages) is ideal for editing the xml

I won't provide any links to the above as they're all easily found with Google. I'd also like to suggest using the search function within the forum (it's found at the top of the screen), as there is a lot of information about editing vehicles already here.

well, i've learnt how to make a box in Cinema 4D. I've textured it ( http://tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php?t=25789 ), and now I have Solaris Urbino 12, Mercedes-Benz Citaro (cityliner), and Ikarus 415. But I have only the demo version of Cinema 4D, so I cannot save my projects, and I cannot render them. :( :( :(

So I cannot do anything with my 3D models.

If i can obtain the full version, I'll help you Breeze.

THANK YOU!! But I suggest for time being, since the admins are bugging me to get a program, I think this should be locked untill we can get a program.

Gmax is too confusing. I dunno how to work it. Plus I promissed myself that I wouldn't ever do MSTS Conversions. They always appear not to fit in with the game.

I want it locked because I don't want it moved.

But wait, this is talking about develupment. It's on topic for this section. So aculy I don't see why it should be locked (or moved) if it's on topic about develupment.

PS, I'm trying out this blender program.

Okay I'll get started on the D40LF since it's probably going to be the easiest.

Read the Discription of the Locomotion Graphics, Modifications & Tools.

Discuss, get help with, or post new modifications, graphics or related tools for Locomotion in this forum.
*hint the word discuss*

Its basic a retangle on wheels as you can see:
