My relatives are from Slovakia (not far from the Czech Republic), so I look forward to trying the trams out.

Great job
Image I like Articulated Buses or Streetcars (Although I really like anything with wheels including planes, Thanks to Seelenquell for making Toronto's ALRV and CLRV for Locomotion. All we need now is a TTC D40LF and D60LF to go with the LRVs. Plus the Scarborough RT vehicles too.)
Resion for the LRV's is to make a good alternative to buses. Visit Here for more info.

Looks very good, though the top part should be more yellowish I think. But anyways, great job as usual! :)

As for the trams, I'm quite scared of them, they drive them really agressively in Prague and there's quite a lot of accidents. Last year some idiot pressed gas too early in a tight curve, the tram derailed, slid off onto the passenger stop and killed two people. :( But anyways, that's just Prague. In Slovakia, where I come from, they drive just fine. :) Must be something in the water here. :?

i was once in karlovy vary (maybe 20 years before now).. nice water there.. healing they say hehe..

i thought the same, more yellowish would be good. gonna change that. here in chemnitz/germany they were more white than yellow. very very bright yellow :D hopefully the loco-palette has this colortone.

today is release. in the evening as usual.

last screenshots before release exclusively on AMI-TRAINS this week

yes, the yellow is perfect now. :) maybe the windows could be a bit darker like locomotion stock, to differentiate them from the upper body part. it looks like this also on photos, as the windows reflect + it's darker inside than outside (unless the lights are on in the evening).

for sure nice work SQ, though i'll be afraid of them in my loco game for sure as well. :D greetings to karl-marx-stadt. :P

//EDIT

well look what i've found in the news this evening:

Image

three trams crashed today into each other in bratislava, slovakia. 13 people injured. :(

Very cool model, can't wait to get them going. Spent a month in Olomouc once and loved travelling on the Tatra trams.

Be nice if you could get the chime when the door closes as a sound effect!

that with the sound is not going to happen. sorry. i tried several sounds weeks before that. all i heard was my SATA-harddisk. just can´t get them to work.

another thing. the chime would be everytime the tram stops. on crosses, stops, behind another tram etc..

sorry :(

strongbow: greetings back from Karl-Marx-Stadt aka Chemnitz
i made the windows darker once, but there was a dark patch visible only after that. with this color i have, there´s atleast a small contrast

oh god my english.. gonna train some more hehe.

SQ, Do these trams always run in two and three car trains like you have in the screenshots? Or will you also furnish a single car, such as would probably run on the night or weekend schedule?

good question. here in the city where i live, there always ran these 2 types. but when anyone wants them, i can seperate them without any problems. you would need the one with the pantograph, right? the one without wouldn't drive alone.

i could make all two available. so you could couple 20 vehicles together  should be a long one hehe.

Dresden used to operate both 2 and 3-car Trata Trams. However, I was told that they are slowly being phased out by new Bombardier low floor trams.

If it's not too much trouble, it might be a good idea to to make a separate motor (driving) car and then a trailer wagon, so that the option of how many cars (wagons) driving and/or trailer configuration could be left up to the individual player's preference.
