NFO Tutorial request

Post by BlueEagle_nl »

Hello,

I've drawn some trains by use of Purno's Drawing Tutorials (Thanx, Purno :D ), but now I'd like to bring them in TTD myself. Who can learn me how to make the correct NFO-files so I can import the images into my game?

Leon Hagendijk

PS. I've added my trains as attachments so you can view them

Wow! You've got the basics down, with practice you should have no worries with getting the shading and texturing right!

I wish you luck.

Now, I'm a coder of inanimate objects. I don't code moving things, I don't draw moving things either (Although my drawing of stationary objects is somthing that needs improvement aswell :D ). There should be a whole raft of vehicle artists and coders popping in within the next few hours though.
Currently working under the name 'reldred' on Github, and Discord.

If you want a nfo coding tutorial, the wiki is a good way to start.

The wiki would be a good starting point, but many of it's tutorials are unfinished.
I would getting DaleStan's renum too, that is a very useful tool when nfo coding.

Looks like a very good start. But you gotta learn how to use pantographs :P
You placed the wrong pantographs on the wrong sprites. Go look upon my tutorials (I'm pretty sue they show an example). Good work tho!
