I, for one, don't follow. Could you please mark the parts of Ghost's image(s) that you are talking about, and upload the marked-up versions?

EDIT: Nevermind. If Ghost understands you, then my lack of understanding is unimportant.

To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

*Bump* - Sorry to all who get annoyed by the bumping every so often.

Sorry to all those who thought i stopped with graphics, im afraid you cant get rid of me that easily

I did abit of work on building texture the other day, but when it came to the roofs... Problems 'Arose'.

I have a picture of the roof im trying to draw below (Image006.jpg)

Also a shot of the station shape. That is not how the final out come will be as it is no where near in alighnment or anything. Its just the general shape. As seen in the picture, its a part terminal, part run through station. The odd blocks you can see, are meant to be the textured walls (incomplete) which will have doors windows, and hopefully the roof fitted.

I'd rather not have comments saying things like "The track/platforms arn't alighned properly" or anything like that.
I'm fully awear of that because this is just a quick inaccurate mock up.
The coloured boxes are TTD tile sized, and show how high the buildings should be going. Can be most usfull doing it that way.
There is a fair amount of other work iv'e done, but its not ready to be shown yet since some of its gone abit wrong.
If anyone can help me get a decent roof shape (only the shape, i can do the textureing) then i will be greatly appriciated :)

Well, lay down all your comments as i'd love to hear them! :D

Platforms and rails look really good, at any rate.

Perhaps a little less texture on the platforms would be my only suggestion, as well as adding some buffer stops to the terminus tracks? But otherwise, that looks really nice :)).

Those roofs are going to be a challenge, but if you can get them right they'll be really good.

Try drawing the shape of the roof in 4 different colours (one for each shade), then go over it in texture.

Thanks for the advice! I'll try that :D
Also thanks for the comments.
Buffers im going to get round to in the future indeed :)
Stations may need slightly less texturing i agree, but roofs will be added to them yet aswell.

Thanks all.
