Are some people just testing it hence why there not completly available?
Those seem to be Pikkas (?) trams, Dan is working on some Canadian Trams, I'm drawing some Melbourne trams, and there is another conversion project going for the existing trams too.

I know that Dan's trams and my trams will work with HOV's, and as Pikka coded HOV's, his will too. Can't vouch for the other set though :)).

They're Dan's trams which I'm coding, so I can't release them until he gives the say-so. :)

But I am (confused I mean).

How is it working with the IDs? Are they counting towards RV ID or completely seperate again? If RV IDs are used, which RVs are compatible with which sets?

They count as RV's. Currently they're compatible w/Pikka's HOVS RV set (and likely the original RV's although this has yet to be tested)

There's a flag (prop 1C bit 0) which tells it a RV it's a tram.

Ideally, they should really all be compatable with the HOV's set, as that is acting like a "replacement" for standard TT vehicles, without being too nation specific (Granted, they are UK buses, but company colour makes them nicely generic).

Although, there are plenty of tram topics going on in the Graphics section, so perhaps a look there might answer some questions? :)).

Back on topic...

I haven't seen many folks playing with the Can Set, which is a shame because it looks to be one of the best sets of our time. I'll rank DanMacK right up there with my favorite artists of all time, and I think that this set is not going to dissapoint when done.

He's taken all of his drawing skill, and done a set that is his baby, it's from his country, with his blood, sweat and tears into it. Here's my take on, what is one of my favorite sets (up there with the DB Set and the Pineapple Set actually)

So, here are some happy snaps, for those of you not following ALL the threads in the Graphics forum (SHAME), who don't know how marvellous this set IS.

Not to mention the code on this set is terrific! OzTrans has really done the best of the best for this set, and the extra text, the splitting of the liveries, and the rest of it... Bloody marvellous.

Speaking of passenger trains? Here comes one now. Just a short, once a day service, currently on a down service to Dawsons Creek. The passenger coaches and mail van are only filled in the holidays :).

When loaded, these trains must negotiate the Dawsons Creek junction. As the new terminus of the passenger lines to the north/south, it's an interesting place to be.

As you can see, I'm limiting myself to CNR to start with, to try and get a feel for the "split company" thing. I'm tempted to stop this network half way across the map, and have the CPR trains too :D.

Hmmmm, looks like I'm going to have to repaint the heavyweights in CN black and VIA colours it appears...lol Heavyweights behind an F40PH.... interesting. Maybe I should make them only able to be used after a steam generator as well...lol

Looks good though. You may have to replace those 3 GP38's on that coal train depending on your Freighttrains setting :P
