Basically i have a junction that wasnt working right and i thought i fixed it, but i still get the problem that when the path has a train in, the train, rather than wait at the signal will continue going forward even though it isnt supposed to, the screenshot will display this better.
And i do have wait at signal set to infinte time.
thanks for any help on how to correct this.

Since the track through the Trunnford checkpoint is occupied, the train takes another path which is not occupied. I think you can solve this by changing the two-way signal after the Trunnford waypoint into a one-way. Why did you put a two-way signal there anyway? From the screenshot it doesn't look like trains have more than one track to choose from in that direction.
Look at these topics, the person has the same problam.

I don't know how to fix it, but in alpha 60 and older the train go to the
right way. Since alpha 61, it hasn't worked. you can download alpha 60
and run it, but you'll miss the new features of the latest alphas.
