[REL] New C-130 Hercules

Hello. I changed the stats of the C-130 Hercules, like a upgraded one. More expensive, faster, etc...

This is just some testing, please tell me if I should change any of the stats, or anything else.

There was already a super Hercules which can transport almost everything, but this at supersonic speed. :wink:
