In the Locomotion forum i saw that d00mh4mm3r made a very good attemp to build the connection in the vincinity of Weesp- in Holland.
His design is here below.

Yesterday i had to drive an mDDM on this track from Amsterdam to Lelystad. So i took some pictures of that piece of track.
Comming from top left in the screen shot to the bottom right of it.

Driving on the highspeed junction, suiteble for 140 km\h.
This were the first hy speed ones in Holland.
Look at the lenght of the tongues.
The moving part is 80 meters long.
Image
On the other side of the bridge you see to DDAR's racing next to each other.
Allways fun who is the first on the bridge. :D

The six tracks of Weesp.
Look at the drive trough tracks for 130km\h in the middle.
Image
Leaving Weesp.
Then passing the bridge over the Vecht.
Tacking the right track to Lelystad.
Image
Then going through the tunnel under the tracks you saw the pic above, direction north.

Still waiting on an update.
But the monitor is a good thing.
I've full sight on all important parts of the train and the ones who are coupled with it.
Like all kind of electrical circuits, open doors, all brakesystems and airsuspension.

i like the two keys with the keyring attached, nice touch.

windows 98?
suppose you can't do anything wrong with the train (go too fast/ miss red signals / over shoot platforms), otherwise it'll shutdown with a "the train tried to perform an illegal opperation and will be shut down...."
