Also, while I remember -- I'm sure that you thought about it, but in the beggining I didn't...
  • check not to clone aircraft into railway depot
With this tool you can only click on train, other vehicle clicks are ignored. (You won't accidentally clone a Yate when it's flying at high speed over your train)

Hmm, than i just emptied the minot glitches section again

  • provide some way to make n clones at one time Any ideas a way to make this happen?
Maybe some bash/readline like sequnece (CTRL-n and than click will make n clones)
In fact this is not essential function... I just wrote down all thoughts I had, not to forget them, but if checklist is priority list, it would be somewhere at the bottom.
It isn't needed i think. The newly cloned train is in the the depot window that is open and can easily be clicked upon for another clone action.
follow wrote: Also, would you mind of posting in SF some early version of your patch? I may became beta-tester ;)
Here you go: http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.ph ... tid=636367
  • CTRL-clicking will share the orders with the train clicked on, otherwise the order will be copiedDone
And for all you lazy guys: The Patch!

Here a new version

The calculation of the refitting was based on ship prices (a openTTD bug, not mine) It is corrected in the SVN and now also in my patch.

Any testers for this one?

The .diff file gets applied to the source code, which you have to build yourself. To be honest, I think it'd be easier either if you get someone else to build it for you, or if you just wait for a release version with this patch applied.

I see, it has been done some time ago,
so why it hasn't been already implemented into official releases?

Should you not have read what is going on:

Currently all development is focused on rewriting the network and the map array. This means rewriting the better part of the entire code. Till then a total feature freeze is in place.

So, lets keep the traditions: "How far is the progress and when will it be completed?"

You know
"Are we there yet?" - "No"
"Are we there yet?" - "No"
"Are we there yet?" - "No!!"
"Are we there yet?" - "No!!!!"
"Are we there yet?" - "No!!!!!"

Sorry for OT, but couldn't help it

This is still needed? I can do it, but I need the size of the thing... it's a cursor or a button? :P

It may be something like this (ph34r my ASCII):

[···] > [···]

or

[···] = [···]

of something like this.

I don't know if you get the idea.
It's Domination.

I've replaced the goto animation with my clone train cursor since it's suppossed to be like it. This hasn't been tested so it might not work.
It's of course coded for ttdpatch.
Edit: The train is from the usset. Please tell me if it works.
