And for the people who don't, here is the translation:

I actully made a versoin of britin with no hills, post if u want it, and tell me how i can post it into the fourms

Inreply to what he said, You zip it up (or .rar) and click on add attachment, you then click on the browse witch would lead you to a window of your HDD, find the zip(.rar) file, and click open... then after that, click send.

If you have a better way of explaining it, go for it.

To attach stuff here:
Put the scenario file (Flatbritain.SC5 or whatever) into a zip file.
Post a message or reply here, and at the bottom click 'Add an attachment'.
Click the 'Browse' button that's appeared, and find your file.
Click the 'add attachment' button next to the Comment box.
Now submit your message.

not bad mate, these kind of scenarios are always better to look at than to play i personally find! i prefer being able to make enormo networks and then finding the best way to destroy em! nice work tho, keep em comin!
