This one should be build in 2003 (?) Not in 1986 As far as i know is teh blue version newer then the Benelux version :) ( http://www.nedtrain.nl/index.cfm?template=5&newsid=1 )
1986 is a bit early, isn't it? 2003 seems good enough for me, so I will update it to the proper date. Chevy or Shifty: Can you guys confirm this?

Yes, it's 2003.
It's an old carriage with a new driverstand.
Now used for a line like Haarlem to Maastricht.
So no need for driving the lok to the other side anymore.
Used in combination with 11 carriages type ICR and 1 lok N.L 1800.(Same as the 1600.)

Cheers,

The *stats* on the website have been updated and so have all the vehicles in my "pending_role_out" folder.

FYI: Chevy and I have taken a closer look at the freight wagons section to look for and eliminate imbalances, inaccurate data, etc. Freight is all sorted now. That what isn't there now, will be in time.

And we still have many surprises in store. :-)
So long and thanks for all the fish.

I also confirm this, haven't seen them in those days, only since 2003, maby a little bit of cheating, but saw one test train in the end of 2002, I believe it whas october or november

@scrat

did you update the ICE-1 compared to the one released on this board some time ago? cause it's different byte size than the previous one. just curious.

also, it might be good to have the ice-3 in the ice pack too, without the NL stuff in the text applied and also - updated? :)

cheers and thank you for all your work.

Request: The older "Beneluxtrein"

Dutch tekst about the date etc:
Dordrecht, 26 mei 1974.

I remember I did a separate version of it in an ICE topic here. It won't be a problem to add the ICE3 to the pack. In fact, it strikes me as a good idea. ;-)

I'll put this one the list. Remember, this is no guarantee that it will be made. Oppie had a minor cardiac arrest when I hit him with *my* latest wish list. :-)

This is the oldest type of a Beneluxtrain i drove.
It's based on mat '54 and bi current.
Stats for the "tweetje" (2 carriages):
Passengers 1st class 24, 2nd class 96, Speed 130 km\h.
Weight 116 ton. In use 1957> 1986
It's hard to find good info and the right color.

For Lomo there is no difference.
N.S. sold most of the 1600 to N.S. Cargo(now Railion)
The lok's N.S kept are renumbered into 1800.
The 1700 has only an other breaking system.
This is the EP brake. (Electrical Pneumatic brake)
This brake works much faster in combination with the allstation trains like the DDAR.
On only one side there is an electrical coupling provided, to connect to other consists.
For the rest the lok's are exactly the same, including the stats.

I'm (distantly) aware of the problem with ICK vs ICR. If the rail gurus (you know who your are :-) ) can give me some guidance on this, I'll change it in the next release.

This was already made clear in the post below.
I think ICK has to start in 2002, because they were released at that year by N.S.No matter if it were old carriages from Germany.
