The pantograph is no problem. More a problem is adding 3rd rail electricity to narrow gauge rails. I would also not to convert the trolleys for a subway, but the railcars which I made from the Swiss railcar seems me better looking for. As soon as I find a solution, I will post it here.

Erazor your site calls my E 69 "E 69 Class 90", why the heck you do that?
its just "E 69", nothing else.
and if you want to keep the download on your site, you will remove the need to register to download.
and also you got the old version.

Sorry

People can upload their stuff or the stuff they find into the filebase. I don’t know why the guy who uploaded yours gave it the name E 69 Class 90, I guess it was just a mistake. Because I usually don’t check the names and no one was protesting against this “class 90”, it stayed there. Sorry for this!

Regarding the registration, I won’t remove this. Downloads cause quite a lot of traffic, so I want at least a little thing from people who want to have access to the filebase and download stuff. I’ve removed your file now and hope you are not too angry with me because of the whole thing. Sorry again! :?

Hello Erazor, you can do as you want. All Vehicles I have modified I got more or less from the game itself and so you can also use my modifications and do with them as you want.

I would also like if someone is better fit in making graphic models who can give a better outfit to some of my models. I have some ideas but I don't know how to realize.

but can you take off the pantograph from the large combi tram and make it a 3rd rail train??
or is that much work?

Re: 3rd rail

Post by barney_5uk »

I would not recommend using the Combi Tram for 3rd rail because this is overhead electrified in reality. But I am still working on a 3rd rail version of my Swiss railcars which would fit for use as subway or suburban railway. This will be released for standard track, because it is too much work to fit 3rd rail electricity for narrow gauges (please note - Paris Metro and most light railways in France are narrow gauge and 3rd rail electrified). It takes some time to remove the pantograph from 365 sprites, but as soon as it's finished, it will be released here in this thread.

1. My first time on this site.

2. Not impressed with attitude people show when someone asks an
honest and simple question.

3. The point of sites like this for people who enjoy the game to come and
share ideas and get information.

4. Thank you for the website reference.

Live by the rules, simple questions are already answered most of the times. Dont like the way it is? Well, you know the way out.

Plus it's pretty complicated. It almost always shows the recent topics first. (That's in basic mode)

Now most new people use basic mode. So yeah it's pretty complicated for a new person.

When you first came here, did you dig up old topics? Did you Get Yelled at for doing that? I sure did.

Now I usually only do it when it's about it instead of a simple question. Only resion I would dig up a topic is because I would get yelled at ether way for starting a new topic or just digging up the old one and saving space on the topic page.

Just give the new people a break.

Image I like Articulated Buses or Streetcars (Although I really like anything with wheels including planes, Thanks to Seelenquell for making Toronto's ALRV and CLRV for Locomotion. All we need now is a TTC D40LF and D60LF to go with the LRVs. Plus the Scarborough RT vehicles too.)
Resion for the LRV's is to make a good alternative to buses. Visit Here for more info.
