[NoBug] - Can't open cheat dialog (+Winkey if not working)

I tried to open the cheat window with all possible combinations of Ctrl + Alt + C but the window will noch appear! (Newest Nightly, Singleplayer of course)
I asked on IRC and I disabled all possible background processes which can also ask for this combination, but without succes. Has somebody an idea what i can do, to get the cheat box open?

Have you tried Ctrl+Alt+Windows+C? That's what I have to use, as Trillian grabs seemingly almost everything to do with the Ctrl key for itself.

Actually it's either.

But seeing as openTTD is a non-profit wossname, .org makes more sense.
