Just use the KISS principle (Keep It Simple Stupid)
[REQUEST]
[WIP]
[RELEASE]
[DICUSION]
With those tags it will work.
Dont make it to confusing for people. You can see what the poster is requesting at the topictitel and in the post.
(Maybe some rules for making a startpost for e.g. de [REQUEST] Like this:
- Give informatie where it is in use (England, The Netherlands etc.)
- Give photo`s or bleuprints
- Specifications (Speed, Type of driving, Diesel, Overhead Wires, 3rd rail)
- Other usefull stuff.
Seems to me a better idea. (This type of "tagging" is also used on i tink the biggest Computer related Forum of the Netherlands (Gathering of Tweakers) So i think that will work.
And i have got an other idea: To keep all the Releases in 1 central topic wich will be mentained by the forummoderaters. (! big posts with releases sorted in The folowing types:
- Trains
- Trucks
- Buses
- Trams
- Aircraft
- Ships
- Scenario
- Modifications (Monorial stuff and marsproject)
- Game editors (Locotools, Locotool frontend etc)
