Stupid stadions with TTDAlter

I think Í made a mistake by fingering stadion setups in TTDAlter in building section.

Now i've got stupid looking small parts of stadion all over the town.

What is the best setup for stadions in TTDAlter??

The first part should be allowed in ceartain areas, the other three parts nowhere.

yes, do never activate the 2/4, 3/4 and 4/4 parts! (same for 2/2 hotel).
the game will build these parts as single buildungs, but if you bulldoze them, the game crashes!
