Ofcourse but hold your horses it's only beta 1!
These tilas can be used in ttd like custom ones and later can be madew as defoult for OTTD.

And i think that the tiles are nice and if you say that they're ugly then try to make some yourself.

Sorry but I don't really like this. It looks too dark, and the 'crinkly' texture of the grass doesn't really fit TTD. It's as if it's been run through a solarize filter in Photoshop or something :?

I agree completely. Why is it so dark? It's obviously not for realism, as the fields not too far from my house aren't black.

Yes those are too dark so i have tried to make my own tiles here's the result:

I think the grids is ok. You shouldn't get rid of it all together. At the moment the grid lines look more like they are part of the grass, so it clashes with the light grass itself. Whereas the default grid lines look more like grid lines, so look better.
I think.
Either way, if you remove them, can you please keep a none removed version? :)
