Exactly. Percentages are for providing near-accurate figures, not estimates. "50%" means "exactly half", not "roughly half". It's probably better to use language more suggestive of an estimate, e.g. "about half-done". If a set is, e.g. "95% done", it suggests to me that only 5% of the work is left, which would take
approximately 5% of the total time to complete. If you've got your activities right, something which is 10% of the work should require 10% of the time and effort. If it requires more than 10%, then it's clearly more than 10% of the job
So, given that the US set is 95% complete, and has been going for some 121 days (count if you like), I guess it'll be done and finished within a week, right? I'll just get the runway ready for the pigs
