Can you get better resolution for TTDpatch??

Is there a way to get better resolution for TTDpatch (like openTTD)??

I know you can change the setting so it's in a window but you can't change the size of the window


Is there a way to get a bigger window or something???

Please not that this does not increase the resolution, but just doublesizes* all the pixels.

*Or whatever ratio you feel like
