Since there are urban renewal sets that alter the look of the office buildings, what about a suburban renewal kit. I would like to maybe help in this project to change those little houses in to nicer homes.

Why? I'm making a suggestion for a new set. I'd like to work with a team or group, and not on my own. kinda busy with end of the semister.

Well, some of the regional sets intend to replace the buildings as part of the set. For example the US set will eventually have more American-appearing buildings, although not in the first release, and the Japan set will certainly have Japanese buildings. This may be the best way to handle this one.

I agree, you should rename the topic title. "A possible project" doesn't say anything about the kind of project. You should at least use the word "house" in the title.

Besides that, I might want to help drawing, but I'm not sure if I draw houses, that they are looking good (sorry for this bad English). Besides that I'm busy with some other projects too.

If you want to draw American style houses (and other buildings), I'll include them in the US set. I wanted to do that eventually anyway.
