I was refering to 'The Simpsons' when they traveled to 'Legoland'. The tires on the tour bus were square. I'm sorry, I should have said something.
Sorry to go OT, but it was called "Blockoland", except there was a line where Bart asked why he bought a "Lego" shirt, and then he was corrected. Quite a nice copyright joke actually .

I've done some work on Toyland.

"Bare land" graphics are 100% complete.
"1/3 grass" graphics are almost complete.
"2/3 grass" and "full grass" are not done much.
"Rough land" graphics not started.
"Rocks" graphics are not started.
Road graphics are just over 50% complete.
Rail, monorail and maglev graphics are not started.
Buildings graphics are not started.

(@patchteam... is there a way to make a new set of elrails graphics for the Toyland climate?)

Yes but that would change it for every climate. I just want to change the Toyland climate ones.

Oh and replicate that question for the presignals graphics.

Progress: Monorail depots done (and I think they look quite nice, in fact):

Make a new elrails.grf with a real GRFID, and use an action 7 to skip the .grf if the climate isn't toyland.

I'll look into how to do that after I've got all the easy bits done. :P

Because it's pain in my eyes, this big-dotted green too-regular pattern! And only some boxes of Lego look like such big bricks *g*
Here, do these for roads:

And this for dozed/rough/rock land:

Those links don't work.

And it's no more regular than TTD's original graphics!

Hm, they work for me ...

It's more regular, because the dots are repeated twice as often as a tile. I know, toyland too. But the dots on the bricks have a very big contrast, and original TTD terrain not that much.

So what do you want me to do? Make the studs twice as big again? :?

No, make the bricks smaller and some sort of dirty - so that they become irregular. Or have look at the attached crater tiles from lego
