Cannot rename my buoys anymore

Cannot rename my buoys anymore.
Need this feature, as buoys are multiplying in this game.
Currently using TTDPatch 2.0.1 alpha 9.

You need to own the buoy first.
Build a ship depot next to it, pause*, demolish, build a bus station on a tile next to the buoy.
The bus station will flood, but you will still own the buoy and can rename it.

*If you don't use buildwhenpaused, you'll have to press F1-click-F1 to get the bus station built before the area floods.

Also: Have you considered upgrading to alpha 15? The DB Set XL is worth it!
