Is it possible to print internal data dump in way other than triggering crash?

Not that I'm aware of. (without modifying the source code)

You can always attempt to try to implement it.
My OpenTTD contributions (AIs, Game Scripts, patches, OpenTTD Auto Updater, and some sprites)
