I hadn't. I actually still use them. The pavement around the coal dump track very closely matches the concrete used in the FIRS set. Plus the brick grail building with that piece that has the elevated chute above the track tends to look quite good around iron ore mines, whereas the mineral silo from the Industrial Renewal set does not blend so well with iron ore mines.

Now the set needs low level platform buffers and to be available before 1930!

Unfortunately mate it was deprecated in a big way; all the building elements got amalgamated into the Industrial Stations Renewal set. It really is the better set, it has waiting cargoes, animations, etc. I am fond of those platforms and tarmac from the original brick freight set, Born_Acorn did a fantastic job of drawing those back in the day.

A couple of elements such as the cranes have been re-used with permission in a (new?) freight station graphics set that I've been hand drawing, which in a lot of ways is very similar, however the graphics have a bit of a different flavor to them. However progress and release on that set as well as the suburban stations reboot is approximately all of naff all percent for the last five or so years.

I for one would also like to declare my everlasting love for this grf. Richard is being far too modest.

The large brick grain elevator building has not appeared anywhere else that I know of. I tend to use it in some of my rural rail lines. Often I'll have grain trucks from individual farms transferring their cargo to a larger grain elevator, then by rail to the final destination. This is much how real grain service works.

The ISR grain buildings are too small to look good for my transfer service, and the one that has large vertical concrete silos isn't really what I want in most cases.

He does. If you poke Aegir gently with the correct piece of technology, he may give you copies of his stuff.
