Well, i've applyed all grf files, started open ttd and don't noticed any changes, what am i doing wrong?

There are lots of changes - all the terrain, trees, roads, rail and some industries.

Yes, all the terrain, trees, roads, rail and some industries. See also my screenshot of old (bottom) and new (top) graphics.

The OpenGFX set is meant to be similar to the original, but just drawn a bit differently to get rid of (c) issues. Similarity is needed to get quickly familiar with the new graphics. :)

I like it! Good work, just need to do the faces now :S We have permission to convert the 32bpp ones done already...

Try disabling/enabling the terrain graphics during a game. In particular watch the fields. They most clearly stand out as different. You should easily be able to see the differences by switching between the .grfs in-game.

So after a bit of a break here comes more sprites! All bridges except wooden are now done :D

I'll upload it after I have properly checked it for bugs at a more sensible hour!

That red actually isn't too bad, IMO. I like it.

I couldn't help noticing a slight alignment issue with the horizontal abutments (that's what you call the startpiece of a bridge, right?). Apart from that, good job!

Do you have sprites for the wooden bridge? I just PM'd Norfolksouthern37 about his wooden bridges (It's a deck style, not that odd covered bridge that TTD uses) and would match these perfectly.
