Start OpenTTD.
Click on NewGRF Settings.
In the window that opens select from the bottom panel the GRF for which you wish to review the settings.
Click the Add button so that the GRF will move into the upper panel.
Click on the GRF to select it.
This will light up the Set Parameters button.
Click on it and you will be good to go.
Note you will need to do this for each set that you want to check.

Ok but that still doesn't tell me what the parameters ARE and what they toggle on/off etc..

Then try the website button. It should take you to the website or forum topic for that GRF.

When you click on the NewGRF and go into "Parameters", and there is nothing there, then it is one of two reasons:

1. The NewGRF doesn't have any parameters at all to configure.
2. It is a very old NewGRF where you had to manually add and configure parameters yourself.

For which NewGRF are you needing assistance with?
