no loading
What happened here?
I have pier with more than 500 tons of iron ore transferred from barque,
and truck is not picking it - 0% if wait for full load.
Of course truck is refitted to iron ore: If you check save and wait for a while, you will see another barque approaching and transferring ore -
in this case, this truck start to load (and other are also non empty), but if amount of waiting cargo drops, it again behave like unloadable.
Cargodist is manual for freight. Version 1.4.1.

The waiting ore has a destination, so you switched cdist off only recently.
When you change cdist, add or remove a route, or change orders, cdist will run a new computation what to do.
During this time, cargo already in transit gets a bit stuck. (Not sure when that happens exactly, probably right after the new routing is calculated.)
Once the new routing is calculated, new cargo is immediately sent on the new routes. Cargo that was already in transit will also get moved to a new destination, and load eventually as well.
In other words, give it a bit of time.

I got this bug too, but in patched version. All the stuck cargo came from one unload. I had a ship to transfer cargo to the dock/station and then train to pick it up. The cargo got unstuck when I changed the ships unload station/dock.
