Customization of lake sizes and islands.

My suggestion is to add an new game option to change the size of lakes on the map from small to huge. Also an option to disable them. It could make transporting cargo with ships useful, or it could make land transport more tricky and difficult.

Another suggestion is to add an option to make the world be made from islands only or mostly islands. Something like land in the middle and lot of islands on the edges.
