ai does not like the grfs

why am i getting this

no one is build any knid of trasnports

simple ai says no vichels


eveb if i use the ealy viechel sets so have about 8 grfs still from game start till end of time ai says there are none for them to use

Do you have vehicles in 1890 that the AI can purchase that carry the cargo needed?

should be also tht should not stop them from getting suff in 1970
