Increase maximum value of autoclean

I'm working on setting up my own server, since my companies get deleted after a couple of hours on other servers. Now I just noticed it's not their fault, it's the maximum setting which is posible: https://wiki.openttd.org/en/Archive/Man ... 0protected

The article says the maximum is about 4.8 real life hours. That's barely a night. I suppose there are many people who are not able to leave their PCs running overnight etc.

It would be really cool if I could set something like 16 hours. Could be even better if I could set 48 hours.

I recently opened a Pull Request to set the autoclean interval in real-world hours instead of game years. (The old setting would continue to exist, this would just be an additional way).

If it gets accepted, the feature will be in the next major release of OpenTTD (14.0).
