Hello, I am trying to write a server-admin script in PHP to interface with the dedicated server. The only problem I am having is that when I run the server, using "openttd -D", it seems to spawn a new console window that ignores the input and output pipes.

there is a tool to "convert" a windows gui app to a windows console app. you need that in order to use pipes.

however, using openttd in this way is deprecated, you should use the admin port communication protocol instead. there's a number of interface libraries for various scripting languages available.
