Hi, can admin give money ? When yes, how can i do ?

Not as such. The regular cheats don't work in a multiplayer game, so the only way to make money out of nothing is to have a GS loaded that can do it. It's not possible to add a GS after a game has started though.

One way would be to have the admin save the game on the server, then load it as a singleplayer game, use the cheats to add money to one or more companies, save the game again, and then reload it as a multiplayer game. Just, all companies lose their passwords by doing that, so the players would have to be honest about rejoining their own company.

Cheats don't work but gamescripts can give money so it's definitely possible for admin to use that. As for how exactly to do that is a good question, I just send CMD_CHANGE_BANK_BALANCE with a patched server but I guess the official way would be to have gamescript communicate with server controller via admin port somehow.
