Installing graphics

Hi,

I've downloaded Graphic Manager and TTDPatch Starter.
made the newgrf dir in my TTD dir. Placed tempsetw.grf here.
made newgrfw.cfg, and typed :newgrf/TEMPSETW.GRF here.
Start TTDPatch starter, select tools and Newgrf manager.
Get an error mess: File newgrf.TXT or newgrfw.TXT was not found in TTD directory.
Well, made this file, and it's now equal to the cfg file.

What is this txt file? Thought it should be an cfg file

and when I run graphic manager it says that there are no newgrf dir.
But there is...

edit2: oops found an directory button in gfx manager. problem number two solved.

The TTDPatch Starter is obsolete, don't use it anymore. (Long time ago the newgrf.cfg was newgrf.txt).
