sub-tropical bugs?

first... the Turner Turbo dissapears after some year from the "new rail vehicles" list, only I can build cars, not engines. The mono and maglev are working ok. Turner becames too much old??? Need I to convert all my railsystem to monorail or maglev because of this??? I can't expand more my system

second... the planes can't be converted to carry rubber but they can carry wood jejeje
