you need newest patch:
http://www.ttdpatch.net/src
and switch higherbridges on
and you construct it like normal bridge

You have to use patch version 2.0.1 alpha 25b or 2.0.1 alpha 26.

look there for text 'higherbridges'
if you found it then change it from higherbridges off to on (or 0 to on)
if you not find it then add higherbridges on
