[PL] Bieszczady Region - Poland

Following my recent holiday to the Bieszczady Mountains, i've decided to build a scenario based on the region.

This is currently a work in progress and im just placing villages and rivers. The final version will include all the roads in the region, and then i will go on to play the scenario to populate it with transport.
