Loco.exe has stopped working

The specifications are :
PC Model: Dell OptiPlex GX280 (Refurbished)
Monitor: Siemens Touchscreen Monitor (without Siemens software installed)
OS : Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2

I have checked the specs of your Dell OptiPlex and I don't know why...

forums have no timely response and /r/locomotion is pretty inactive

yup , buts it is virtually inactive

Edit : Loco might work now with my new RAM
(and i started using my old LCD monitor again)
