This will be sort of a WIP thread.

But I will upload what I have thus far.

I recommend downloading the Alaska town names grf.

The heightmap is the most successful right now. The scenario was too high and lumpy so I decided to focus on the rivers instead.

If you load the Heightmap, set max height to 64 for best results. Also it is a 1024*1024 map. Counter-clockwise and it will make more sense.

Are you still working on this? I hope to see a working Alaska Scenario eventually, I don't think I've ever seen a decent scenario in the past. Gonna be fun trying to snake railroads around mountains and water bodies like the Pacific to the west and Arctic to the North.
