auto rebuilding track

Hi guys,
I've just dusted off the old ttdx game and got it running again after many years. Damn its good im hooked again.
Love the patch and configurator. (Before i found they existed i was about to format an old 500 to be a dedicated ttdx machine)
anyhoo,
I have a fairly big rail network and electrified rail has just become available. Is there a way of automatically changing every bit of track to the electrified type?
I'd want to pay for it of course...
