Building central stations

Hello, this is my first post :)
I want to make an AI, for what I want to make a central station in a city.
Someone any tips? I personally don't have any idea how to build it where I can get out easily too :bow:
Btw. it are bus stations :wink:

How do you think when you play as human? Try to formalize that as a set of rules. Write those rules down on a paper. Then you can try to play a game or create a new station by following the rules on your paper. This may show some weaknesses in the logic you wrote and give you ideas on how to improve it.
