screen shots turn out black

I'm using windows xp pro and every time i take a screen shot using "print screen" key and paste it into a graphics program, the pasted image is all black. any idea how to fix it?

Why don't you use the built-in screenshot function?

to take a screen shot press Ctrl + S I think.. u can see the options in the top right hand corner ?-icon

to view the screenshots which are PNG files download IrfanView

ahh thanks i didn't realise there was an ingame screen shot feature, I'm not worried about .png i do some work with web graphics so it's not a problem. Thanks for your help

irfanview is a very good tool :thumbs up:
Just press ctrl-S in the game

One small detail - the screenshots are not PNG files, they are PCX. This isn't a problem because Irfanview reads PCX too.
