(Solved) Train Jam need help preventing this from happening!

So! Im in a bit of trouble, I have been trying to relove my Train Jam the best way I know, but without luck! :'(

Im not a very big expert at this, but I know A LOT of you are

I've attached the pics in a big res, for a better look, but this is where my problems start:

This one I don't what to do about, the Train in the red box is normaly stuck is the blue box.
(The train is not in the blue box because I tried to fix it, but desided to ask for help)


These two is stuck next to each other...

The simplest solution is to put a (one-way) path signal just before the junction leading into the junction and the station, one signal at the exit, and no other signals.
Using pre-signals is also possible but it is a lot more complicated.
